Razma is located on a mountain top in the Albanian Alps, about 40 km (24.8 mi) north of the town of Shkodër (Scutari). At an elevation of 1000 m (3281 ft), the hotel's picturesque setting includes a view of surrounding higher peaks. The resort allows guests to enjoy the unique cultural and historical heritage of the Albanian Alps.

There are recreational activities, and the owner/operators are happy to accommodate tour package requests. They have also put together various itineraries showcasing local scenery, flora, fauna, and historical and cultural sites in the area. One example is the "Symphony of the Eagles" tour, which includes guided hikes, tours of ancient Illyrian structures, visiting a local artist's studio etc..
