Prof. Dr. Ulrich Schüle, Dean of School of Business at the University of Applied Sciences in Mainz, Germany (HMBS) visited Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences between 7-11 March, 2016.

The aim of the said visit, which was financed by the Erasmus+ Mobility Programme was to teach as well as select the Epoka students that will continue their Master studies in Mainz. 

On Monday, March 7, Prof. Schüle presented to the first year Master students of the Banking and Finance, Economics and Business Administration programs the “Double Degree MA in International Business” offered by the University of Applied Sciences and Epoka University. 

Based on the cooperation agreement between both universities, the selected Master students will be able to spend one year at HMBS with the goal of completing both the Master degree of the respective Epoka programme and the degree of Master of Arts in International Business (MA.IB) at HMBS. These degrees will be awarded after satisfactory completion of degree requirements in each of the respective institutions.

The second year of studies in Germany for the selected students, will be financed by the Erasmus+ Program. The accepted student/students will be granted 800 Euros/month and travel expenses to the host country in the amount 275 Euros.

The two students selected to participate in the Program from the faculty are respectively:

1. Ms. Anida Lazeri – currently student of the Master of Science in Banking and Finance at Epoka

2. Ms. Lili Dulo - currently student of the Master of Science in Business Administration at Epoka 

The two students will complete their second year of studies as well as write their Master thesis at the University of Applied Sciences in Mainz. Their period of studies in Germany will be financed by the Erasmus +.
